ABSTRACT

Owing to the spread of COVID-19, the need for an inspection center that can quickly determine whether travelers using the airport are infected has emerged. For rapid determination, not only polymerase chain reaction tests but also antigen–antibody tests and on-site analysis systems are required. However, because it is time- and cost-intensive to construct a building that meets the standards for negative pressure facilities, modular negative pressure facilities are being installed as alternatives. Existing negative pressure facilities have problems such as increased energy consumption due to outdoor air load and condensation due to differences in indoor and outdoor temperatures and humidities caused by excessive external air inflow to achieve the target negative pressure and air change rate (ACH). In addition, owing to the installation of additional devices, additional construction is required to use them for other purposes in the future. To solve these problems, in this study, energy recovery ventilation (ERV) was employed to develop a heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) solution for the Incheon International Airport COVID-19 Testing Center. To shorten the development period, virtual product design (VPD) using computational fluid dynamics analysis-based design of experiments was performed. Owing to the application of VPD, the Incheon International Airport Modular COVID-19 Testing Center was completed in 2 weeks. The target pressure was measured in all spaces by applying the optimal conditions derived through VPD. In addition, owing to the application of ERV, the ACH of an airborne infectious isolation room exceeded the value suggested by international organizations.

ABSTRACT

As per recent pandemic situation taken into consideration Corona virus testing is done at the specific center which does not provide safe environment. So there is need of advance system i.e. Contactless Covid Booth Registration system. This system helps to make Covid center automated and contactless which helps to reduce spreading of virus in the Covid testing centers. This system utilizes microcontroller, MATLAB, GSM modem. This system can be useful for all Covid testing centers, hospitals and public health centers. This system having advantages of reduction in spreading rate of virus, Break the chain of virus expansion, reduces patients rate and reduces the risk of infection. This system not only useful for Covid testing centers but help to our nation to minimize the risks of infections and death. © 2022 IEEE.

ABSTRACT

The spread of COVID-19 has highlighted the need for a robust contact tracing infrastructure that enables infected individuals to have their contacts traced, and followed up with a test. The key entities involved within a contact tracing infrastructure may include the Citizen, a Testing Centre (TC), a Health Authority (HA), and a Government Authority (GA). Typically, these different domains need to communicate with each other about an individual. A common approach is when a citizen discloses his personally identifiable information to both the HA a TC, if the test result comes positive, the information is used by the TC to alert the HA. Along with this, there can be other trusted entities that have other key elements of data related to the citizen. However, the existing approaches comprise severe flaws in terms of privacy and security. Additionally, the aforementioned approaches are not transparent and often being questioned for the efficacy of the implementations. In order to overcome the challenges, this paper outlines the PAN-DOMAIN infrastructure that allows for citizen identifiers to be matched amongst the TA, the HA and the GA. PAN-DOMAIN ensures that the citizen can keep control of the mapping between the trusted entities using a trusted converter, and has access to an audit log. © 2021 IEEE.

ABSTRACT

COVID is prevalent today more than ever, with cases skyrocketing and numbers being falsified throughout the country. Blood has become an extremely important resource in recent times. A COVID-19 patient in a hospital will almost every time need the blood of a recovered COVID-19 patient and most of the time blood types are very difficult to match. Hospitals are incompetent while blood banks seem to be nonexistent. Most online corona virus products in Bangladesh are either a sales pitch for a third-grade item, orsomething that can be found nearly everywhere. There isn't any set, legitimate website in Bangladesh that handles all the potential issues due to Covid-19. Using this web portal, a person can register as a blood donor, a blood seeker or any customer who is looking to buy reliable COVID-19 gear or merely in need of some information. Registration is not mandatory here. Users can find the nearest testing centers, hospitals and emergency hotlines. Users who think they have COVID-19 can fill out our live questionnaire and find the likelihood of them being COVID-19positive. © 2021 IEEE.
